In March and April 2015 I visited Sapa, in the northern mountains of Vietnam, together with good friend and World Press winning photographer Ton Koene. I know Sapa and surrounding villages as the back of my hand, that’s why Ton asked me to assist him by organising this photo trip.
While being there, I also wrote a travel report commissioned by TRVL.com. My report was published in TRVL on iPad and the introduction of my report can also be found on their website TRVL.com.

Sa Pa, high in the northern mountains of Vietnam, is full of visitors. International travelers, mostly young, in a rainbow of hi-tech clothing walk the main streets and browse the shops and market stalls.
